| Location: | Our meeting site is at the River Creek Country Club (http://www.rivercreekclub.com/), in Leesburg. The clubhouse is a 30,000 square foot building and is situated at the end of Olympic Boulevard. It provides an incredible natural gallery for guests to watch golfers finish the 18th hole and capture the breathtaking beauty of the historic Potomac River. The picture below is the view from the back of the Country Club. Directions to the site from Route 7 headed West: Turn right onto River Creek Parkway . Travel approximately 1.5 miles to the River Creek Development . Go through the security gate and follow Olympic Blvd to the end (you can let the attendant at the gate know that you are there for a meeting). You will see River Creek Club. Parking is on the right. |

Our recruiting departments have survived a recession and have been forced to work smarter. - Creating a Search checklist that addresses the needs of your team and includes some basic search strings to jumpstart their results.
Speaker Bio / Qualifications: Kelly Dingee is a Strategic Recruiting Manager and leads the research team at Staffing Advisors. She is also a regularly featured writer on the talent management blog “Fistful of Talent”. She has been sought out by publications like Workforce Management, and Mashable.com due to her sourcing and social media expertise. Her previous experience includes contract sourcing and corporate HR roles, as well as working for AIRS as a Technical Writer/Course Developer where she had the opportunity to experience what she refers to as “extreme boolean boot camp”, collaborating with the training team on courses like SearchLab, ExtremeLab, Certified Diversity Recruiter, and her personal favorite, Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter. Her passion for social media is so great that she volunteers with The Realtime Report, providing Twitter coverage of their live events. Relevant Presentation Experience: Kelly has presented and moderated panels at industry events like The Big 7, recruitDC, HRA-NCA, MCSHRM, Project SAME, HCI, and ERE’s Social Recruiting Summit. She was the keynote speaker at ClearedJobs.Net Best Recruiter 2011 event.
